02. Digital Goods & Delivery Terms
A1 STORE specializes in the sale and automated distribution of digital software licenses, verified digital account keys, and subscription codes.
- Instant Fulfillment: Purchased digital assets are automatically generated and displayed on your screen immediately following successful payment verification.
- Intangible Nature: All items sold on A1 STORE are intangible digital goods. No physical media, CDs, or boxes are shipped.
- License Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for securing, storing, and applying their delivered keys upon receipt.
03. Payments & Safepay Gateway
All financial transactions on A1 STORE are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent currency via Safepay.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete payment details at checkout.
- Transactions authorized via Safepay are final once payment confirmation is received by our server.
- Any fraudulent payment attempts, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized card usage will result in immediate termination of access and permanent blacklisting of associated accounts.
04. Acceptable Use & Account Rules
Users must comply with all standard platform terms when utilizing digital products:
✔ Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or duplicate key generation algorithms.
✔ Users shall not share, resell, or distribute purchased keys in violation of publisher agreements.
✔ Automated scraping, DDoS attempts, or bot-assisted checkout exploitation is strictly prohibited.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A1 STORE and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use delivered digital software or keys.
06. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All brand names, product titles, logos, and trademarks displayed on A1 STORE belong to their respective copyright holders. A1 STORE claims no ownership over third-party software trademarks and acts solely as an independent reseller platform.
